So, if i didn't reach 50 posts yet, then should i pay $9.95 for mysql re-activation?
If member with 50+ posts, can claim free .htaccess, mysql activation, bandwitdh and space increase for exactly free?

They can active your MYSQL anytime, however you need 50 posts for that, doesnt matter when, when you have it they will active it for you.

50 posts isnt alot, so you should post instead of paying, you have time till 31 july anyway.

when a member have 50 posts can also get free htaccess, mysql, bandwith and space

If you want your site active or you get 50 posts or you don't get it. Yes if you have 50+ posts or you buy a MySQL db you can get that things for FREE!

I must confess, I've hardly made any posts here since I joined (which I was surprised to find out was back in November embarassed), mainly because I'm not one to ask for assistance until I've exhausted all other options.

I tend to surprise myself when it comes to visiting forums, so I wouldn't be very surprised if I hit 50 posts in under 2 weeks, but I'm a bit confused as to what's meant by limited. I'm probably reading it wrong but it sounds more like MYSQL will be disabled.

If I am not wrong, MYSQL will be disabled from everyone who doesnt have 50 posts
and if you want it activated you need to have 50 posts

It will be disabled for everyone if have 50 posts or not. They don't know what website is the one from the same guy on forum. So they need e-mails from everyone

If you mean that when july 31 arrives, they probably will disable mysql from everyone, also from those who have 50 posts

Ouch, well I suppose I can't really complain to be honest.

But one question, would I need to re-install my scripts when MySQL Data access goes limited? (In other words will I lose my data on my database)

I would like to possibly know this so I can back up before the 31st

Cheers

You might be better off making a backup beforehand.

Thank you for your advice, and I will try to get 50+ posts before 31st July.

ok, I've read all the posts and get the general idea - make 50+ post or pay to keep your MySQL - cheap either way for such a good service.
Now the questions,
1. if you have 2 accounts do you need 50+ post to enable each ( the one post on this was only a I think )
2. Will it be made clear what info needs to be put in the activation email or does anybody already know.

Well my entire site uses SQL so I need this. >_< Good thing I'm active here. I don't want any of the other things though, just one database is enough, I don't need more space and I have no clue what to do with .htaccess.

Just like me. One database is enough for everything what i need, .htaccess I need only to change 404 page and 2GB of space and 100GB traffic is something, i cant fully use till end of my life. Few days ago, I have completely remake my site to use MySQL. And now what?? Wait until 50 posts and activation, that will obviously last for ages???

well.. thank you very much......

I have a crazy idea. If i tell admins, that 500 MB space and  10GB traffic is enough for me, would they enable MySQL for me??

hmm.....it's just joke.

I think this is good option for everyone with <50 posts... I'm using external mysql databases so I don't worry.

I only want to know if I can have .htaccess enabled if I don't need MySQL activation on 110mb.com...HuhHuh? grin Or I don't deserve for .htaccess bonus? huh

You can pay for the .htaccess only, but if you fulfilled the the criteria, you can activate both the Mysql and .htaccess. Am I right?
