I can not get this to reset my password, I have typed in my user name and email then it redirects me to the main page but when I check my email for the password it is not there. I have done it several times but still no new password. Also before I lost my old password I couldn't even get logged in I keep getting redirected to try again (and it had nothing to do with the password)

did you guys try the direct login for your box?
boxXX.110mb.com/login.php
obviously replace XX with your box number
Just a note that 12, 13 ,14 logins are down at this present time. 12 should be back up in a few days tops.

I just tried the direct log in page, and it worked just like normal. Thank you. Just wish I would have known how to do that 4 months ago.
