Prank people at any time by playing some awesome songs and mp3 clips such as the Rap Chop. They have an expanding list of nearly all awesome memes and giant internet fads, (Over 9000!!1 / Round & Round / Leave Brittney Alone!)

..Just send "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" to my brother like ten times, hah

He doesn't like that. Not-one-bit.
So - me watching - he takes the knife to her, laughing while he does it!
Turns to me, and he says, "why so serious, son?"
Comes at me with the knife... "Why so serious?"
He sticks the blade in my mouth... "Let's put a smile on that face!"

I think he means your brother. Is it reverse charge maybe?
Also, do they store the number and possibly sell it?

That doesn't matter? It is a worldly thing, meaning I can call someone in mexico, then right after call someone in russia.

I wanted to call some live TV show (Nancy Grace) with Rick Roll, but that would require an hours worth of jiggering with the configuration packets.

bored.com allowed you to send text to any number, and it wasn't even an advertisement such as "Prank call your friends at blabla.com".

Try this : when doing a voip call or voice-chatting over Yahoo IM or Google Talk, (in windows) replace the mic input with the  'stereo mixer' and play any music file or video..
Go to Volume Control >> Options >>  Properties >> Adjust Volume for Recording

IMO it's not so funny if the victim finds out what you're prank calling them with - they could then just go on the site and block their own number. Not worth it unless you use DialTokens.

This seems like it should be illegal. There was really a texting one? that pisses me off. Texts still cost some people quite a bit of money.

Cool diversion for the truly bored and lonely I assume.

The prank dialer is funny as long as the one you are calling is game to play the prank. But it may not turn so good if you are already irritating. I guess I'd better choose the nicest song if I were to use the prank dialer. Call Center Software
