The lesley server monitor shows it as green but I'm getting 530 Login authentication failed error.

The B13 FTP server is up and capable of communication (see here), but the Panel server is down and that is critical as it's where the login particulars database is maintained.

Any update on when the log in server will be working again? It's nice to have my site visible, but I need to update the information there.  It does me no good as is...

Strange things are going on. Best to my knowledge this website is on box 13 http://mapdemo.110mb.com/

The homepage is working, but clicking on any of the links (except Virtual)  in the menu redirects to http://box18.110mb.com/404.php

At the same time internal standard links are working http://mapdemo.110mb.com/templates/includes/js/digits.js hence nothing seams to be deleted.

Logging in to this account (have not logged in since months) is not possible either. Works not on main page, nor on box 13 nor on box 18 nor with http nor with ftp.

Holy smoke, seems something has been screwed up quite a bit recently.

Correct.

You should ignore the Box numbers on 110MB's ErrorDocuments, they're only related to 110MB's current convoluted ErrorDocument system.

Box 13 changed it's IP on 26 February (suggesting the server has been successfully wrested from the grasp of 'Burst'), but neither FTP or Control Panel have worked since that date.

I cannot explain why your links don't work, but if your site is MySQL dependent you might find that MySQL is currently inoperative on this server.  Personally, I don't use MySQL on Box 13, so I cannot comment further.

You can monitor HTTP/FTP/Panel functionality with these constantly updated monitors..

You seem to be using something joomla related and apparently using pretty URLs on all bar the Virtual link. Is it possible that .htaccess has stopped working and rewriting of URLs is failing, hence giving a 404 error?

I have disabled »Search Engine Friendly URLs« in Joomla's backend, now the 404 error is gone (for the time being?). Therefore the question: why is suddenly .htaccess and rewriting of URLs failing? Maybe .htaccess has been deleted? Still no log in possible.

Other members have noted htaccess ceasing to work so that may be your problem also. I'll get back to you on what to do from here.

Is there any update on Box 13? It has been three months since I was last able to update my site. When will this be resolved???

I'll ask again - is there any update on when Box 13 will be functioning normally, or has 110mb simply given up on us?

I don't understand what you mean by that. Do you not know what is happening, or has the box failed, and it's just sitting there, with no plans to do anything about it.
