I may be wrong, but I'm not aware that it has yet been acknowledged by 110MB that this problem exists.

I've had it, first you guys have been trollfacing me for about a year with "burnt harddrives" or whatever on box 14, so I created a new account, being hosted on box 18 and now box 18 is offline already for a while! The whole * is just starting over, if you (the 110mb hosting team) want to lose users, just go with the flow, but this is really raging me out, it's hard to get visitors and if you lose them then, because your webhost is being offline, you drive me crazy. For me it's simple: here you don't get support, the staff is not skilled enough to solve problems (fast) and MySQL is not supported for free users, I quit, and now it is a definitive decision.

if your created a new account it should be on box 19 not 18..

as for box 14, we are working on it, little we can do with data loss.

My host it's box 11, and a good time I'm not able to access my paniel (dashboard) on 110MB and also the FTP can not.
How can I verify that I was banned from 110MB?

 Cher I don't think you've been banned as your site works well for me from here in the USA.  Have you tried logging in using http://box11.110MB.com ?  That might cure your login problem.  As to the FTP problem I can't help sorry.

Can you elaborate on the data loss on Box 14?  Have you lost all my files and folders that were in my account on that box?
