it says everything is fine, but everytime I try to use the site builder it says invalid password, also when I went onto the site through the file manager, I inadvertently created a new directory, which it is not even displaying the name of correctly. I tried to delete it and it wont let me. How can I resolve these issues?

Check the forum news header: your site hasn't worked for 5 days already.. Box16 accounts starting with d,0,1,2,3,e,4,5,6,7,8,9,m,n,o,p down. Broken drive. Resolving...
box16 host taking ages to respond to our tickets. Still resolving... If you've ever tried to get 110mb to answer a support ticket, you will appreciate the irony. |

violin3: First, the domain doctor does not work well with extra domains, only 110mb subdomains. So, if you are trying to associate the account violin3.110mb.com with the domain richardpulley.com, you need to use the IP address of violin3.110mb.com. This IP address is 70.38.113.157. Second, the name servers set for your domain are BRIGH.TWOPLUMS.COM.AU and MUTLEY.TWOPLUMS.COM.AU. However, when I query those name servers for your extra domain, they return the IP address 202.47.4.163 which appears to belong to your domain registrar. Until this changes here, your domain will not work.

need some help here. I want to use faeiz.com for my110mb account, which is faeiz.110mb.com.
But something wrong with my wordpress blog since the result I get with domain doctor is like below:

We found redirect tags in your page like header (meta refresh) or (javascript location.href)... making the current page to redirect or jump to another. The problem is most likely in there!
What should I do right now?

PLEASE I'm desperate amdesign.110mb.com, my extra domain doesn't work. It retrieves me some dreamstock template page, I supose it's 404 page. Everything is set fine, extra domain is www.amdesign.in.rs, everything worked fine in first few days... |

Hi there i have this subdomain http://charlieno.110mb.com/ and have this domain from namecheap www.kingmistnet.com and the domain name server on NS1.110MB.COM & NS2.110MB.COM and added it via "add your own domain" since 24 hours. Until now when i open wwwkingmistnet.com it don't open . However, http://charlieno.110mb.com is working...did i forgot to do something or do i simply need to wait longer? Thank you |

Did you add your extra domain in Account Profile in the 110mb Control Panel? Because right now 110mb's name servers have no record of your domain (check here: http://110mbcenter.info/nschecker.php). |

OK, my suggestion then is to ditch 110mb's name servers and switch to ones you have more control of. These could either be provided by your domain registrar or free ones such as EditDNS.org. In short, just create 2 A records pointing to the IP address of your site, 70.38.113.157 and wait for the DNS to propagate.
