Yes and no, Joomla! can be used on 110mb if you buy MySQL for a one-time only fee of around $10. Also, 110mb don't provide a one click installer for Joomla!, so you will need to install it yourself, it shouldn't be too hard though.

If you can't buy MySQL, there are alternatives CMSs. Or you can get MySQL free for making 350 non-spammy, useful posts in this forum.

The one that best meets your needs. Try  a lot of free applications at www.opensourcecms.com/

I missed that information. I joined 110mb last year. And joined the forum last hour  cheesy. I tried to read all the TOS but I really missed that information. Where can I find more? May be it sounds silly but I have a very big plan and I need all the information I can get before deciding.

Like, how many usefull posts do we need to upgrade the 5Gbs, cause this is actually my main issue. I made some rough calculation and 5Gbs will be too tight, and the Terabits are going to be too big. (waste)

Okay, I don't think it's in the TOS. Here are some other things you may want to know since you asked so nicely:

1. 30 useful posts gets you fsockopen.
2. Other then already mentioned MySQL, no other post counts get you anything.
3. If you use an extra domain then if you get 500 unique visitors a day (Very hard to get, you'll be making a lot of money from ads by then), then you'll have to either switch back to your sub-domain or get $19+ worth of upgrades, including ones from posting.
4. This use to happen, and I don't think we have heard otherwise since, if you legitimately use all the bandwidth they'll upgrade you to 1TB bandwidth.
5. 5GBs is almost impossible to use without using 110mb as a file host which is against the TOS.
6. Some scripts are banned, although not many, if you are unsure ask us.
7. phpMyAdmin is currently allowed, despite what some things may say.
