Because it is apparently necessary to repeat the election process until the required result is achieved.

I'm not sure why you get the Deja Vu feeling. The other thread I made was getting Nominations for this poll.(Forgot to include the poll in the original thread, so I had to make another one.) This is the actual poll. Wink

Take this thought: I trust him to help me. If someone I didn't know would tell me to ammend irqpoll at the end of my boot menu for linux, I wouldn't listen. I trust him.  smiley

for example who else would you trust not to tell you to
Code:
#rm -rf /
lol, it's more than trusting someone not to mean harm, it's trusting time not to do harm by incompetence, and inportb is a very knowledgeable individual. Who has proven himself to be more than willing to help out....

Thanks for supporting me, guys smiley

I guess the perception of trust has a lot to do with how much people see him hang around the forums posting helpful advice. Recently, I have been doing less of that; instead, I've been hanging around the forums deleting and editing more posts. grin

@primefalcon: there have been quite a few instances of people posting in n00b forums suggesting that command out of malevolence; it's quite disturbing, lol.

yeah, there's been issues of people posting that on the Ubuntu forums too, which they're taking a harder line with over there now. I don't see what people get out of doing that poop
