I have some NES roms I would like for my users to be able to play. Does anyone know of a online NES emulator? I have the roms, and I can send someone some ROM's if you like.

I saw this online once, but it didnt work.

Thanks.

Any of these help?

http://www.google.com/search?q=online+nes+emulator

Or there seem to be a lot of 'install on your PC' varieties

There aren't any working ones that I know of. Unless you're really good with JS or ActionScript, I'd recommend you just upload the ROM files via FTP and link 'em to your friends.

I believe antimatter15 made a VNC-to-browser applet; it might work... But remember, post only ROMs to which you have distribution privileges.

They wernt necessarily going to be hosted here. I was working on hosting elsewhere...

The first one dosent, I want one that I can put on my site an dhave my users play on. And thanks for the link, but I have some emulators for the PC

Its either VNC, or VLC, one is a media player. How exactly does that help me? lol

It's VNC. Basically run the emulator on your server, and push out a video feed while sending back the keystrokes.

It's funny how many people reply that when I say that. Anyway, the answer is, technical questions is only for 110mb hosted sites, use general chat if it's hosted elsewhere. Also, as inportb said, if you have the distribution rights for the games (Usually only homebrew) then you are allowed.
