I was wondering how the pay pal debit card works? is there any fee's to use does it help your credit and what happens if you go over the bal in your pay pal account?
By looking at there site you see how it works. Fees sure there is, like cash withdrawal, and more (you have to log in for that and I don't wanna log in). I don't think a card can help your credit, its a debit card so it has no credit (you can only spend your own money and that should be good for your credit
). If the balance is used it continues on your bank account or what ever your 2nd source is. Basically its a master card with paypals logo on it.
