How does it 'not work'? What error messages do you get? If it needs mysql you need to purchase that as an upgrade - http://www.110mb.com/upgrade-free-plan.php

The only way is to register another account and if you have purchased any upgrades submit a support ticket to have them transferred from the 'old' account.
