Yeah I know you have to place ads, but please don't link to "porn" sites that have questinable content. I uploaded some files and when I tried to access them I mistyped the ULR (cause it's case sensitive) and I was redirected to NWWL site. I have nothing against 404 ads, but please not porn

I agree. Adbrite fail again. After that case with... well... not so safe advertiser now it's X related.
However it's not so bad at all, at least the main page is not directly naked or so. But of course this can be
in discussion...
For the defense of 110mb I can only tell you that 110mb is not choosing advertisers itself, Adbrite do that.

If you pay a one-time only fee you can use .htaccess to create your own 404. Other hosts will only be worse. @joppu: Please edit your first post to contain [Admin] in the title. |

It can be any page that you want + the following code in .htaccess (if activated): ErrorDocument 404 path/to/your/404page.php |

yea 110 had problems with the ads last month too, one of them redirected to a file that had a virus. According to andre (i think it was him) they dont handle the ads some company does. if you read through this topic it says what they do with their 404 page. also from diexme (can't spell his name...) The 404 is using a advertisement program so 110MB doesn't choose the advertisers. Somebody probably spend some bugs for advertisement and forwarded the page to this virus. this is a "free" host, how do you think they make the money to buy new servers? or repair the old ones? |

I allowed advertiser to do 404 because his site is not hardcore porn. It's edgy yes.
This is non-Adbrite related. It's dedicated advertising.

Oh my goodness I got to that same site. I was trying to install lightneasy and I tried to go to the index page of it and it had some error messages and it also had 4 links and I clicked on one and it took me too NWWL site too. That is so messed up...
