Well, if they start reducing MY service in any form, be it from ads or other limitations, I'm gone. So Mr New Owner AKA Mr Profit, I'm glad to say that if you change anything, you certainly won't see me here again (unless andre-ownership returns) and all my precious posts that help towards boosting 110mb's ranking will be deleted.

Good day Mr Profit.

*Salutes* You tried your best, you tried your best.

AFAIK Diemux isn't employed by elabs/speedsuccess so yeah he'll still be around. As for the forums or his rank as forum admin, dunno.

Don't think you can delete your own posts, but you can delete your forum account -- and even then all your posts will still be there. So unless you feel like wasting A LOT of your time by editing every single one of your posts to be blank before you leave, wouldn't recommend it.

Ha! If everyone contributed $5 we would indeed be able to buy 110mb.com. On the other hand... who's for an IPO?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPO

Diemux, inportb, there will be not enough users that would pay $5. We are talking about six zeros on the cheque. Wink Remember - 180 000 $ of potential monthly ad income.

See with an IPO we could raise enough $ to buy 110mb.com and start trading 110mb.com on the stock market Duh

Hi everyone, (if you have any upgrades enabled (fsockopen, sendmail, mysql, htaccess, ftp, cgi, backup, all file types, 100mb file size limit, extra space, extra bandwidth)... then ignore this as your account won't be affected during this trial run)

Just so you don't freak out when you suddenly see 3rd party ads on your site for 2-7 days... sometime during May or June.

What will happen: You'll visit your site and you'll see a popover OR Adsense type of bar on top of site. This will last 2-7 days.

Reason: 110mb will be sold to larger corporation sometime end of 2009/10. So one of factors that'll help evaluate site price is ad-generation income potential. (For the curious, currently it's $180,000 per month. But need to double-confirm this with trial run.)

For the paranoid: This isn't a subtle preparation for putting ads or whatever you're thinking. Just a must do task to help evaluate the site value.

i hope the upgrades include free... any how if i see even one piece of ad on my site ill be going to go daddy and forwarding my DNS to google Duh or just completely delete the records for the period... the point is this... regardless if im part of this ad thing or not i wont support any one who decides to put ads on a ad free site >.<

any how thats still months away... but what ever happened to the 2 big companies supporting 110? or did they go under Cheesy

and how can you guys not be able to support 110 with over 2 million in ad revenue? or is andre taking out 1M of it Cheesy

i personally dont really care what happens to 110 if it turns to ads city im gone but as long as they dont reset the forums or if enough people decide to stay on the forums ill stay here...

But the most puzzling matter of this post is why the hell would they want to throw ads on ad free sites huh the only thing i can see is that they are going to throw ads on the sites... breaking every contract they have made...

but Andre seriously do something other then post on the forums... like put in the control panel FTP server VIA Email to notify EVERY one that way EVERY one can know WTF is going on...

Oh if you do sell Andre can i get my DB from my B11 account i think it is... or is it B5... one of them has a DB on it which i cant access (for ages) but i still would like it...

one problem im guessing 110 is going to be sold about 5M-8M in order to meet that we need at least 1 million users to pay up 5 bucks... but im sure if we got 5M or close to it Andre would sell it to us Grin

Wow, I'm not sure about this. If they dont modifies our current account settings, no forced ads or payed serives maybe OK.

What happened to 110Mb is supported with strong companies like Speed Success or etc (I dont remember exactly)
