OK, that was locked. I hope the reputation (aka karma) system will be enabled. Anyways, I had thought the PD is about being 'good' yourself, not enforcing others to do so. Who cares.  Back to topic. So, ummm... what about doing this instead: Every user, who decides to follow the Etiquette, places this userbar in his sig. The more of us will do, the more people will get interested. Note that it should be linked to the etiquette. I sort of tried to explain that, I'll try better. It's because the pixel size for each character is 5x5. Meaning in order for there to be an equal amount of spacing above and below the text, it must be an odd height. Notice how that one has more spacing below than above it.

That was a 5-minute-draft anyways. But it will auto-update, you can put the draft in your sig, and it will replace itself by the new one, a soon as I upload it. Expect a logo and sharp text.
