i have a couple files over 8 mb is there anyway i can get a bigger per file max (like 15 mb)

or is there a way to compress them that i can still use it for counterstrike fast download?

Try uploading to a file host. There's a big list somewhere.  Or you can pay $19+ for an upgrade.
