hello, i am willing to pay someone to create a script for me, here are the basic things im looking for.

CLAN MANAGEMENT SCRIPT

Users can register as clan leaders, clan leaders have the ability to add members and assign them to a rank. Each clan leader can send other clan leaders a message declaring war, within this message will be the date, location,  the other clan leader then can decline or accept the war invintation.

i can work out the main jist of the code, e.g. what you want to happen etc ...... i know the code thats gotta be used ......

Ok sure that would be great, But i need someone to finish it because i dont know that match about php, so i wouldnt be able to finish it, so if your going to give it a go that would be great! let me know if you are.
