Just set up my new domain! But I seem to be having a problem...

When you type in www.greedycrab.com into the browser, it takes you to my site..problem is, the url comes back to www.greedycrab.110mb.com

How do I change it so it stays at greedycrab.com?

(BTW, this is my first time working with a domain)

I don't see what you're talking about. Either you fixed it already or I just don't get that problem.

When I go to www.greedycrab.com, the URL in the address bar stays at that.

All (except one) of the links point to an address with your www.greedycrab.com as the domain. The exception is the link that says "©2008 GreedyCrab.com (Design by ThemeShark.com)", which points your your 110mb address.
I assume that your forum is hosted on 5forum.info, so that's okay.

The only cause I can think of is domain forwarding.

So what exactly is the problem, if you're still having it.

Thanks for replying.. Are you serious? It's still doing this on my computer...what browser are you using?

Also, yeah, I am using the domain forwarding..should I not be??

Can anyone else check and see if the domain stays at www.greedycrab.com?

No idea then...  did you try all the other browsers I tested on?

If still the same i guess Turn off your computer Restart, also Turn off and on again your WTE Internet Device (DSL, Wireless, Broadband... etc..) .. do all that, that may resolve it.

So what are your settings for your domain?

I looked up your DNS settings and it says you have nameservers (ns1/ns2) and A records. Then you said you also used domain forwarding. Is that even possible?

So, if you have 110mb nameservers on there, remove them. They aren't working properly for your domain anyways.

If you have domain forwarding set up to go to greedycrab.110mb.com, remove it.

That leaves the A records. That is the recommended way of pointing your domain to 110mb. Make sure that you have two A records set up. One for greedycrab.com and one for www.greedycrab.com, both pointing to 64.191.15.246 .

All i can think of is that the DNS settings have not fully propagated throughout the world yet. Check tomorrow and it might be fixed for you.
