For Sellers:

Include brief info about your product/service here... and take them to your site for more info and payment.
If you want to sell an item, add [SELL] in front of your thread.
Modify the thread to [SOLD] after the item was sold.
Its better if you explain your product like below

For Buyers:

Before buying, ask for others to review or comment on item offered. It's for your own safety as you sure want a quality deal.
If you want to request an item, add [BUY] in front of your thread.
Modify the thread to [BOUGHT] after bought the item.
Ask for more information and reviews for an item you offered.
