Hi.

I dont know why did you disabled the sendmail of my acount. http://cursoam0607.110mb.com

When some user post a new topic or reply, the system send a warning mail to ever user email box. My forum has 110 user. The SMTP system doesn't work... it always failed when starts sending the mails.

I  need the sendmail on. My forum didn't send a lot of email that justify disable it.

I paid the sendmail function. Please turn on again.

Well, if it was disabled, there must be a legitimate reason for it.  You need to submit a support ticket here, http://110mb.com/support in regards to this matter.  That's the first step.

This is what you need to do to have it turned back on, if it was disabled for a reason they will most likely tell you. It could've been a goof up though.

Yes, you need to follow through with the link I provided.  Sendmail won't get re-enabled through the forum (except in very rare cases), you need to submit a support ticket.  Upon that they will make a decision on what to do about your case.

To be honest that is a silly amount of mail...

the sendmail system is limited to 400 mails per hour.. so if your forum gets 5 or so messages in one hour then you will exceed the sendmail limit and get it disabled.

Yeah, waste of email. I don't want to be emailed every new post on these forums. Most likely you went over the 400, now that I look at what you said about the every user post and reply.

More than likely 110mb won't turn it back on for you, as it seems you did go over the limit...

IF it's disabled, it's because you kept violation 110mb.com/mail-agreement.html of sending over 400 emails per hour, or sending over 100 every 24 hours. That's when you need to go dedicated hosting.
