Are you following the instructions exactly?

Log in to 110mb control panel.  Click the "Step 1" link.  Then replace the word sitebuilder with upgrade.  So your url should be something like http://box17.110mb.com/wizard/upgrade.php?1=...

Hi guys I am new to 110mb.com and I would like to say hello to everybody on this forum. Guys I am having a log in problem to this forum through my website username my username is myuniversity and when I try to login through this it says password incorrect, I have tried it like 100 times but it says the same. Even though I can login into my panel through same id & passwd straight away, I tried forgot password but it do not send any mail to reset my passwd.
Its like vicious circle, I don't know what to do??
May be you guys can help me out or is there any admin who can provide any solution.

4. Cant use it now anymore wrong password/username

Ive tried it with IE7/8, firefox and safari. Deleted saved passwords, ive got a long password in Site Admin Panel password (I didnt change it) and when i press the logg in, it says wrong password/username.

Log in to the control panel...file manager...upload files.

For large amounts, put them in 1 ZIP folder, upload it and then extract on the server.

@jesse1:  Your accout trainerandjessi2 is a "T" account on Box 17.  Thus forum news applies to you.  Please continue here:  http://www.110mb.com/forum/site-is-disappeared-box-17-t50923.0.html

@Brain Ninja:  My crystal ball is having trouble determining what your site is but I would guess yours is the same situation as above.

I need assistance with logging in to website builder.

No matter what I try, I get an incorrect pass/name combo and will not let me start building it.

Use Firefox/IE8, Cleared cache, removed saved passwords, and yet nothing.  All my browsers say wrong, and all passwords were cleared on all of them.

Am I doing something wrong?

All fixed. Can login now.

To change your Sitebuilder pass, see the sitebuilder manual upon logging in.

If you want to change the template, just go through STEP 1 again. However I think it'll erase all your previous content (if you have any in the old template).
