hello.
i registered for a free account - and encountered the login problem.
i use Firefox (i also had safari/opera/ and internet explorer 8 beta) on my notebook.

after clearing passwords on firefox, and trying several times, i just copied the login info from my confirmation email, and cut and pasted using Internet Explorer - and no problem.

Firefox has updated a lot of scripts and add-ons lately, so maybe its best to just use IE for this.

hope it helps anyone else

Hi All,

Did anyone discuss any workaround of loggin in to a site builder after being logged in to a CP?
1) CP login
2) Choose a template
3) Update basic info and define pages
4) Congratulations! Your new website has been created
5) Click on "Go, Edit my website" button
6) Endless login loop

Can you please direct me to the appropriate discussion?
Thanks in advance!

Are "Site Builder" and "Site Builder Admin Panel" the same?
I haven't changed any details, the fields are empty when I open this page, and yet after submitting my login details I get the error "Password (or login) is incorrect!"  angry
Can someone help me please?

Select Step 1, select your template, when the logon screen appears, do not enter anything, close the screen.

Make sure any "remembered" passwords are removed from your browser.

Select Step 2 - Do not change any of the prefilled userid / password fields, login.

Have you read the first post in this thread?

Unless you have changed your password, you should not be touching the pre-filled userid / password fields (and make sure your browser isn't "remembering" them)

Have you changed your 110mb password since you created the site? If so read the first post:

If you have recently changed your 110mb signon password, this will affect the Site Builder password.

If not, clear any saved passwords from your web browser.

hello,  thanks for the reply.  yes i changed the password.  it allows me to login with my user name and the password i created.  then when i try to login to the site builder admin panel, there is a prefilled login and password.  i hit login and it comes up with the error.  i clear the history and stuff and try going to that page again and use the p[asswrod i created.  still get the same error.
anything else i could try?  i am definitely typing in the correct password.

If you have recently changed your 110mb signon password, this will affect the Site Builder password.

Click on link http://www.box16.110mb.com/wizard/help/help/site-builder-license-update.htm and follow instructions on how to access the admin panel for Site Builder - make sure that only the License box is ticked - enter your new password - Select "Go" - use this new password each time you access Site Builder.

Have tried all your prompts but none's fixed my problem.

It always shows that I have input a wrong password. I can't upgrade my site, only overwriting the old and starting everything from scratch work.

So weird!

Ok I'm able to log into the 110mb panel, but like this thread is about, can't get through the next pre-filled in login.  I tried following the upgrade steps advised (going through Step 1) but the login won't work to even get me started there.

I'm using IE 7, cleared everything, no change
tried it with Firefox, no change

You are on Box 16 where the 110mb Panel is currently not working.  I believe that is the cause of your problems.  Only thing to do really is wait for the admins to fix it.

I'm having trouble. I forgot my password for the Control Panel, and I reset it. Now I can't log into Site Builder, it says that the password is wrong. I tried the thing it says to do in the first post.
