Use the 110dbmanager to import your sql file - http://www.110mb.com/phpmyadmin/

Make sure you do step 2!!

Also, if you exported your sql file using phpmyadmin, make sure the option "Use extended inserts" is off.

Of course, before you do all above, make sure you have the MySQL function enabled... http://www.110mb.com/upgrade-free-plan.php

Did you remember to:
1) create your MySQL database(s)
2) create your MySQL account(s)
3) map access privileges to your MySQL user(s)
?

yes i did creat an account, and a new db,
and i uploaded my .sql file using "bigdump data base import",found in 110dbmanager
but i keep getting an error msg each time i try to import it to my account. shocked
and i did get a headache!  shocked

well ive solved this issue..
i deleted the table that was created from  a previous incomplete attempt & re-imported the .sql file using 'bigdump db import'
which finally solve the importing problem. Thanks God.
thank u
