I am using FTP Commander, and this is my first website.  How do i access/upload my stuff to my kylepages.110mb.com website?
What do i fill in on the name and FTP server boxes?

1ftp connect using your password
2 goto the server picture below sitebuilder ad, click for control panel ,you should see your files.
3 rename files

Easy FTP setup,

Host: yoursite.110mb.com  {Mine would be "avalon-naiton-ms.110mb.com", but i can use "twewy-fan.com" since i used a registar}
Username: your 110mb.com username  {Mine would be "avalon-nation-ms"}
Password: your 110mb.com password   {Mine would be the password I use for the 110mb.com login.

Will not connect using SFTP, just use regular FTP.

Well the FTP host differs for the new boxes i think. Login to your 110mb.com hosting account. On the right hand side it shows you your FTP details
