Submit a support ticket (http://www.110mb.com/support) with subject line: Upgrade New Extra Domain with Htaccess

Edit - did you just edit your post and delete the Htaccess question, or did I post in the wrong thread?

i believe 'test' db is automatically created by mysql server and is a workspace for users to "try things out" without delving into their production db.

i dont think that is why because it looks like a working db full with tables and data, nice and neat too.

If you see someone elses, delete it. It means DB wasn't removed when they removed their account previously.
