I thought 110mb.com was a cool site until I found out about no search engine submittal because its worthless without the SEO feature enabled , and you people want money so that others may read my site?

Hmmm, you might well get a few more visits but Stumble Upon members are well known as "non-clickers" so probably this is a waste of time - you might even find it working against you if other members give you the thumbs-down...
There are no quick and easy ways, CONTENT and PATIENCE are still the best way to win more traffic and clicks.
PS: Google has dropped the ranking system, so PR3 or whatever you may have is now totally irrelevant and is only based on out of date figures.

But people don't really actually read through the site. I have a forum that is just launched and I don't have any members=no content. This site will help me in unique visits, but may not get me new members?
Correct me if I'm wrong about stumpleupon.
Also, I thought many AD programs like google oppose to this type of traffic?
