Maybe that is the case, I don't know. If it is, then something else is wrong, because it won't show my files when I access it. I continually get a 404 error.

Do you got any index.htm / index.html / index.php file on your account?
Because this subdomain is exists and responding for the ping.

110mb nameservers are pointing fbclockwood.110mb.com to 195.242.99.87 (Box5) but your account is in fact on Box12 - 195.242.99.91

As for control panel reporting the wrong IP.. yes it does, and nobody seems willing or able to fix it.

My DSN-service ables to edit DNS (ns1.110mb.com & ns2.110mb.com), or IP. Only with IP option can be added MX records!!!

DNS changes make take a while, usually 24-48 hours after changing the nameservers (up to 72) to work properly all over the world.

For me it's working. 4 adresses: kornienko.ru, www.kornienko.ru, kornienko.110mb.com and www.kornienko.110mb.com are displaying the same page. If for you not yet, then wait awhile.
