Are there any unblockable pop-ups or pop-unders that exist?

I've seen site that still make my browser (firefox) do popups even with my popup stopper intact!

There's gotta be a special code or something right?

User-initiated popups are not blocked, if coded right. My browser never blocks the popups in my applications =p

Why..? Do you want to have pop ups on your site that people don't block or something?

Pop-ups are annoying and if you have them on a website then it will kill most of your unique visitors. And also most people that come to your site that see the pop-ups will leave straight away. and they won't come back. I certainly wouldn't.

you can use in page popups, thy are impossible to block

Actually yes,you can design a script which overcome popup blockers, I have seen several sites use that to make revenue.
