How come box 2 and the 110mb.com servers get a 4 ms ping but an account i have on box 1 gets 107 ms

It depends of your location. The closer to server (box2) you are the smaller is the ping, but if you are further from the server (which in this case would be box1), the higher the ping.

This box1 & box2 is a bit in discussion in the moment!
See if I get it right for me to understand!

1) box1= the group of members registered a wail ago are in this slot and stay there?                 Yes/No
a) box1= is different in his basic program setup?                                                                       Yes/No (untill 31 jan yes, but then it's the same)
b) box1= people registered in box1 is permanent and don't need to try to login with box2?       Yes/No But people in box 1 can sign up again and they will be in box 2
c) box1= at present some options are not available in box1 as in box2?                                     Yes/No
d) box1= will be upgraded to the same standard as box2 in the coming future?                           Yes/No (on 31 january)
