This is a question about what you are allowed to do here on 110mb.  Can you have an image on your site that is hosted somewhere else?  Like tinypic perhaps?  Or do you have to have all your images on the 110mb server?  Because someone (i can't remember who) said something along those lines, but it doesn't seem like that would be a rule.

Oh, and to save another post, I have another question about images.  In the agreement I read when I signed up, it says not to use your site primarily as an image hosting site.  Is that dependent on your intent or actual usage? Because I may want to use images on 110mb as background (and other) for my myspace, facebook, ect.  And they get WAY more hits than my actual site.  That wouldn't make me a rule breaker, would it?

Sure you can!

As long as those images are part of your site.. And your site is not just used for imagestorage.. So you still have to have a site..

(...) Because I may want to use images on 110mb as background (and other) for my myspace, facebook, ect. (...)

This will not work at all, as for default the hotlinking of images on 110mb is disabled (which mean that image from 110mb server will be not displayed on the website outside of 110mb). You can turn the hotlinking on if you will buy .htaccess upgrade.
But for the purposes like mentioned by you you can easily use some image hosts like tinypic, imageshack etc.

As for other "versions":

- you CAN use images from outside of 110mb on your 110mb website, no problem at all, why would be?...
- you CAN use images from your 110mb account on your 110mb website as long as it's a content of your website (a backgroud, button, image displayed on your website)
- you can not use it mainly as a storage (images are there, but not used on your website). Few images should not be a problem, as anyone can even forget to delete some images if was in use, but after re-design it's not already etc., but not for a mass scale, not as an additional online hard drive.
