UPDATE: Hard drive recovery company (http://hddsavers.com/) delivered us a empty drive.  Pretty much we got scammed. No data can ever be recovered now. this must be taken seriously, on behalf of the scambusters team, i have posted this on the (newly re-opened) scambusters site, see herenote to moderators/admins you may remove this post as it is not really needed, just to make you aware that we want to do something |

Me http://gopal.110mb.comI registered on 10-Aug-2008. I don't need data backup, I got some other issue: I can log in CPanel with new password.
I can log in Support Forum with old password.
But not at all into the Site Builder Admin. |

As andre stated, Hard drive recovery company (http://hddsavers.com/) delivered us a empty drive. Pretty much we got scammed. No data can ever be recovered now. It appears that we have lost all previous data on Box15 due to a mishap with hddsavers. If the situation changes, we'll be sure to let you know through the forum, but it does not look like recovery is possible. I extend our sincere apology on behalf of the administration team. Thanks for that. I'm not sure if this is the kind of service one can expect from Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, but I'm pretty disappointed. |
