You can do this one of two ways, the first being through FTP.
I personally use filezilla so i will talk about it using that programs terms. To be more specific 3.1.2
Step 1) Open filezilla, then go to "Edit" in the menu bar.  Click on Transfers, and change the Maximum Number of Transfers to 1 then click ok.
Step 2) under the host box type in your website name (ex. yourdomain.110mb.com) your username (Which is the "yourdomain" part of the url) and your password (which is the same as the password you use to log into the control panel) then click on the quick connect button  (You can leave the port number blank  or put 21 if you so wish)
Step 3) In the left file system window, navigate to ALL of your web files including images or any other files your site links too.  Highlight the files you want, then RIGHT CLICK on them and click Add files to Queue
Step 4) After all the files you want to transfer are in your queue.
Step 5) Disconnect from your remote site by either clicking on the toolbar image or going to Server -> Disconnect
Step 6) Click on the Process Queue button in the toolbar or go to Transfer -> Process Queue to start transferring all of your files.

Alternatively you could upload your files through the file manager.
I suggest making a  .zip of all of your files otherwise this could take ages if you have many files.
Step 1) Log in to your control panel.
Step 2) Click on the file manager icon.
Step 3) Click on upload files
Step 4) Click on browse and click on the zip files you made of your websites files (or do them one at a time if you so wish)
Step 5) Click upload
Step 6) Once your file is uploaded (this may take a while so be patient) click on the unzip box next to the file name in the file manager.
Step 7) WAIT, Do NOT keep click the button, give it some time and it will unzip your files into the same locations as you had them on your computer.
Step 8 (optional but recommended) ) Delete the zip file of your site so nobody steals your work.

I dont think i missed anything but I have not got much sleep in the past week so i have already forgot the top of my post  Duh

Programming is 10% science, 20% ingenuity, and 70% getting the ingenuity to work with the science.

Hey, I'm glad I decided to try this post to ask a quick question... Thanks for the reminder and tips about zipfiling over to here, as that is what I personally intend to try.

My question is from the end of my thread (yes, I realize it was getting too long) and it is this:  Since you stipulate that we get our Index pages up and functioning in 2 weeks' time...well, I just might have to 'start over again' since I don't know just when Bro plans to take my hard drive away and re-build it (and that is what he sez he will be doing, since we both know that it is basically, c**p). And I can't say just how my own time frame will be either...sometimes free time is hard to come by.

Anyway, is this what will happen, will my account keep getting removed/deleted until I manage to get my index page officially ready for the web (within the 2-week limit)?  In that case I might have to zipload my work over repeatedly, thus involving a lot of time and effort...
