 I suggest using http://www.uni.cc/ . It's fast and reliable 
.Tk is a simple sub-domain and doesn't offer DNS service. 
http://www.freedomain.co.nr/ is fine if you have a non-popular website (many http://www.freedomain.co.nr/ users had their free accounts cancelled because their websites were getting too popular. They were offered to pay for their sub-domains).

I know this new free domain name registrar http://www.nic.cz.cc/ is also providing real free domain names with full DNS support. You can grab up to 5 free .cz.cc domains there and its quite popular in China already.

I don't think you can register .com.plizz domains anywhere.  If you've found a spot that lets you do this, let us know and we will be able to provide more detailed steps.

I never did understand this when I was working on my site. They call it a "free domain" but the poop still looks like a sub domain. co.cc as example. If I linked that with my website it still would be darkmage.co.cc instead of darkmage.110mb.com. Either way I look at it it's still a user name no matter what because it's not ending in .com or .org and so on. That's why I never bothered using them. As for signing up with a real domain it would take the fun out web site making for me because any time a fee comes in to play then I feel the "need" to work or play (games with fee's ) something instead of taking time off from a hobby.
