Sorry if this has been already been answered but..

are all my files lost? cause i seriously need them back (at least temporarily so i can save them on my harddrive)
I'd also like to mention that my website/account was working yesterday night (like 11PM, and now its 10AM) and now it is down.. my account has some really important stuff.. is it all gone?

you can't visit your site/log-in to your admin control panel, either?

Sad I have that problem as well. Since a few minutes.

I sent a ticket to the support, tho.
