at first it will be very very low in rank, it you google your site you wont see it at the top.

and yes, their bots have to crawl and add it first.

kerrieleeflorist.110mb.com is appearing in browsers, at least in mine, but it probably isn't appearing as the owner might hope  grin
It shows:

Invalid template!

I'd hazard a guess that the site was created with sitebuilder and an attempt has been made to use a non sitebuilder template.

The "waiting period" is for the search engine's spiders to find your site.

I have found that the quickest way to have your site found is by having links on a popular site, such as this forum, that the spiders can find & follow.

In the past I have averaged getting a site added to Google in 24-36 hours.  My record is 15 hours.

Even after your site is found by Google's spiders there is no guarantee it will be included if it falls foul of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.  See here for them.
Google's Webmaster Guidelines states states that it is a good idea to look at your site with a Lynx browser as that is how the Googlebot sees your page(s).

This link is to an online Lynx browser (no need to download code) -> here

I think you are missing the point of the question: website not showing on web browser

The google URL will not help if you are having trouble editing the page.

What might help is to say what you are doing, and with what, e.g. site builder, the editor in file manager, dreamweaver etc.

Many here would be more than happy to assist you in editing your site, myself included. Ask around, there's several happily helped people around here. I've even gotten a good chunk of help in the realm of php over the time I've been here.
