For me it would have to be the "Pause / Break" key.

It would be pause/break key for me too. But I don't use the scroll lock key either and I rarely use the num lock key. Also, I don't use the alt gr key, right Windows key, right control key or right shift key.

Probably the Right-option key. I always go for the left one.

I program, so it's essential for me to use the tab function, lol

Many of the function keys serve no purpose to me, except for in online gaming.

CAPS LOCK! I don't use that key, and it's taking up valuable keyboard real-estate. I gotta remap that key sometime.

But I use CTRL+ALT+DEL in KDE to pull up the logout/reboot/halt dialog, since it's convenient.

F4-10 and F12. Numlock is unneeded, I use Function+jkluio789, and I almost never use Delete.

Some of the keys people say they don't use are strange. I always use tab (With Alt+Tab and other uses), delete, home, end, page up, page down, F1 and F4 (With Alt+F4).

I usually don't use the special keys (Music, play/pause, email, etc.) on my keyboard though.

I use pretty much every single key on my keyboard. I if I don't use them for writing and stuff like that, I have set them up for starting programs, switching desktops, or running media player hotkeys and stuff. Smiley

Wow, um I have a laptop so my keyboard is condensed. I use most of the keys, even the pause/break to stop applications. I never use SysRq seeing as I have no idea what it does and I have to use the Fn key for it. I just hit it and it did nothing. -_-

I use tab a lot but I rarely if ever use the windows and menu symbol keys.

I probably have never pressed the "pause break" key

I don't press these very often:
    f5-f12
The selection key (mouse pointer on some windows)
    The ~ key

Talking about keyboards, I have learned something.
