I created an account ...verified it went to http://box16.110mb.com/user_index.php (panel). Attempted to start at site builder STEP 1: Start Site Builder Now!  -- takes me to website builder. The fields in domain and FTP username & password are in place (in green), I hit Next-> step 2 and i'm taken to a page that simply says:
Warning!
Username or Password incorrect.

Ok,
then I go back to the (panel) and try STEP 2: Site Builder Admin Panel  -- takes me to 404 Error/Page Dosen't Exist

Why is this Happening?
How can I correct it?

I have located these 2 possible reasons:
REASON 1: ***
Username you registered just now belonged previously to another server. Hence you must wait 10-15 hours for IP addresses to assign your username to the new server. You also won't be able to FTP during this time. Patience!

REASON 2: ***
Server error. This is true when you CAN log into your control panel but you see no files in file manager. In this case your account was NOT deleted. Wait for us to fix the server and you'll be back in no time.

Still looking...and hoping. I think I found the perfect place to build my site, i've done everything right and they won't let me in

Repeat step 1, do not overtype any of the username / password fields, you should only get the "Warning! Username or Password incorrect." if you enter a password.

At the end of step 1 (after you've selected the template and built the web site), don't enter a userid / password, close that screen.

Then select step 2.

Thanks, but i've tried that...have not touched the fields areas at any attempt.
