MySQL is a paid service. In order to have that service, you have to pay for it, other things like sendmail, htaccess are also parts of a paid service.
its a ONE-TIME payment per each service. the upgrade page should be explaining in-depth details about it.

he did use MySQL since May 2007 (maybe) and out of the sudden it was disabled. He can't access it on the 110dbmanager.php, the control panel, and his http. its like his mysql privilages suddenly gets removed. If he was doing something naughty, he would be caught by the bots, and get redirected to 500 error.. hence, i reported it to andre. as i believe there are nothing that we could do to help. note: why am i explaining this to you ?

You were already sent email about it. Permanently disabled. Your usage was having big load impact.
Non appealable.
Backup enabled so you can backup your database.

I had never recieved any mail from 110MB regarding disabling my MYSQL. Also I was only running wordpress with only one database and never tried to break 110MB TOS. So why is it done to me.
My website was just started growing and at the time my service is disabled.

My website was just started growing and at the time my service is disabled. Yes, and if you have ads on your site you'd be able to pay for paid hosting which is what you need. It is a free host with many others to consider, and when one person (you) were killing the server, he did what was best for the rest of the users. No, you didn't break the TOS, but they can still do whatever they want to your account

But I should know what exactly from my site made my MYSQL service to be disabled. From my knowledge I think the statpress plugin which I was using must have made this problem.
Can I get a last chance!!!!!!!!!Plssssssss

But I should know what exactly from my site made my MYSQL service to be disabled. As andre said, it was the resource usage. They don't have time to check out every single component on everyone's websites and analyze resource usage in detail; no, that is our job as webmasters.

My website was just started growing and at the time my service is disabled. If you had read the TOS and the StatPress description you would know that StatPress violates the rule: Hosting scripts that constantly write data to MySQL usually by tracking something.
These includes examples: OpenX, Adsense trackers & site indexers/spiders.

Well the problem is that your scripts were a total resource hog. Even though you pay for MySQL, it's all based on a fair use policy.

Expanding on diemux's post. If someone in a all-you-can-eat buffet ate ALL the food and you had none do you think that's acceptable? It's not is it That's why fairness works 2 ways.

Not acceptable, but still not breaking the rules. Either way, I think one one personally irresponsible to use that much resources.

No @maniac when my service was active I was using a wordpress blog on my site and later I noticed that the statpress plugin which I was using on my site was saving the user and visitor info on my database and within a period of 3days my wp_statpress table on database size was around 3.5MB, but I never thought that it would result in shutdown of my site. Will be much carefull now!!!!
