Ow great this dreading problem again. Are you sure that you are unzipping the file properly. Refresh the page. If not might wait for a better explanation. This was once caused by some weird bug.

If the right way to unzip a file is clicking the red opened box on the right of the file then yes I am  sad

Hey no problem. There used to be tips and such on the CP file manager, but then, for some unknown reason, not many can find them anymore. It's an old trick I learned way back when. I believe it has to do with long .zip names, or spaces in between. Either way, it just works.
