About 110MBPanel Project...
110MBPanel is a recoded version of LayeredPanel -- to suit 110mb's busy server needs.
Although they may look similar on the outside, Apache setup, processes & DNS is differently setup.

About 110MB's Safe Mode OFF patch: (Safer then Safe Mode ON)
Browsing through any webhost related forum will reveal that giving safe mode off (especially to free hosts) poses extreme security risk to the host. Because it offers hackers a great advantage to access any other members account or read their sensitive files which usually contain passwords.
But then some genuine scripts won't work with safe mode ON. Meaning member dissatisfaction.
To resolve this we recoded PHP's safe mode OFF function. End result is it's light-years safer and 100% hacker-proof even over the "safe" safe mode ON mode. So your accounts files are too-secure.
Yea we also got bunch of hard-core hackers to attempt to screw up other accounts in every way possible -- with unsuprising 0% success.
