"Basically, your service is one of the best existing over the Internet. I like the DB interface you offer. However, there are few things that have disappointed me a bit.

1) I had to change .htaccess twice, and, although I didn't to anything illegal, each time I changed the .htaccess I experienced some problems - for example, rewright URL refused to work. These issues were finnally resolved by the support, but I'd like to have a possibility to change .htaccess and not wait for several days to make it work.

For now, I'm scared to experiment this file, because I never know whether my changes were not correct or it's just your technical issue.

2) I'd be happy to have Freetype added to GD. I know that you experience some technical problems with it, but this is a wanted feature of many users, and I'm one of them.

The upgrades work well, although I noticed a few downtimes. The most annoying problem was the slow access to my site when it was accessed through the "www" proxy. It seems this problem was solved now, it works well, I hope we'll never face it again.

Since I wanted to install a free gallery image software to help me speed up my process of updating my personal artwork gallery, I subscribed for MySQL database support and although it took around 2 days for the 110MB team to enable it, I'm generally satisfied with their swift actions and voila I'm able to start working on my site at a speedy progress.

You may think that it would be foolish to put together a master server with PHP, MySQL, and GET/POST requests, but I have experienced very little lag with my master server that runs on one 110mb.com's servers.

I would hope that sometime in the future, 110mb.com would add support for addon domains. I would probably run several of my sites' frontends on 110mb.com as well, instead of just the PHP/MySQL backends. Nonetheless, the upgrade services that 110mb.com does offer are well worth the cost.

Nowhere else and you would probably pay what I payed for my upgrade services (~$7) per month. Instead it was a one time fee. Sweet deal!"

Personally, I think that 110MB.com has a great idea and is a very professional organization. The speed is quite good and the size and scope of the free hosting package is amazing in what is offered in it.

Because of some changes that were made in the upgrade packages, I lost out on some of the options that were advertised previously.

I had thought that when I paid my money that I would be getting ALL of the upgrades that were listed but somehow a couple were not included.

I believe that the upgrade listings should also include an EVERYTHING package for customers rather than paying for several different things each at a time. I have not looked closely at the most recent upgrade listings at the time of this writing, but will do so immediately.

All in all, I've quite happy with the service, expertise, and customer support from 110MB.com and have already suggested it to a number of people who were looking for a good Web Host Service.

Overall I am pleased with your service. It took me a little bit to find out what works and what doesn't in your Website Builder page.

I was hoping to be able to use it to fulfill my needs for some simple pages but it falls rather short of being very useful. I do like the templates that are available in it and I modeled my hand built page based on it. The really lacking part is the appearently missing capability to embed code within it.

There are references to a pulldown in the Add-on Modules section allowing this to happen, but it isn't there. Iv'e made serveral inquiries on the boards to this issue but no one either has the answer or is willing to answer the question.

Strange. It would be a good system for simple pages if it were a little more robust but it isn't quite there.

That's the only issue I've had to date. All else is good.

"You'd think that 110mb would be unstable because it claims such amazing things. It really surprised me how great the service was!

The control panel was much easier to use than others I have used and it worked a treat.

The script installer was great for those who want good-looking functional sites fast and are script-phobic.

I was glad to see that I could use domains that I had brought for free here. I realized quickly I wanted more from 110mb, so I had no hesitation in purchasing almost all of the upgrades I could get because they were payed once only and lasted forever.

They were installed quickly with no errors. At one stage I had a problem with my domain, entirely my fault as I had switched my domains around a lot. I submitted a ticket in the support center and it was quickly corrected.

I never expected to find such great host, I have recommended the host to many of my friends and I know they love it too. This is the only free host I have stayed with for more than a year!"

"The ability to just do what I want with the mysql database(s) is outstanding. The fact that it's paid, once, and just done is outstanding (nothing worse than yet another monthly bill chipping away).

I would pay for proper FTP access (more than one file at a time) - it's basically impossible to edit files in place, something most text editors and IDEs can do easily - and it's not worth it to set up a full environment at home.

All in all though, I will never leave. :) And I'm not even doing anything with the site yet, really."

"I am entirely happy with 110mb and their services. My upgrade was handled very quickly and promptly and all features worked as they should have. The cost was suitable for the features.

I am also extremely happy that Paypal is used for payment as I often find many sites do not. I prefer to use Paypal than a credit card (which I refuse to own) or my personal bank when dealing with the internet.

As I am using Dreamweaver rather then your site builder the only thing I did not find quickly was a "how to use the MySQL" link which would have been handy but I have since worked out how to use this after searching on the forums.

Possible suggest that when a person signs up for your extra features that a link is put on the how to use but other than that I have no further complaints.

Your forums is by far the best I have seen with very helpful information. This applies to the help forum as well as the discussion forums.

Your staff is also extremely helpful and a great credit to your site.
